The thread is still here if aj0ob wants to add anything to it, like a solution.

However, the point is, this is not the CartPress support forum.

Doing a little more research I find that thecartpress community support forum is down for construction http://community.thecartpress.com/ so we have no other method readily available to ask questions about this.
