Ignoring paragraphs inside embedded tweets etc

I use quite a lot of embedded tweets in my articles and these seem to cause a lot of issues with the plugin as the <p> within the tweet is counted.

This can cause display issues.

Is it possible to add a feature which allows us ignore paragraphs that contain classes?

For instance, I could add “Tweet-text” to the list and then these paragraphs would not be included in the count?
