Ignore Content Generated by Shortcode

So lots of website now have part of the content generated by Shortcode. As example, we add recipe content in recipe plugin and then in post we just add the shortcode of the recipe to show the content within the post.

Now when we shared the content, we may want two different thing.

1. We want to ignore the recipe and outside of the shortcode based recipe content ads will be shown. So either before the recipe/shortcode or after the recipe/shortcode ads will be shown. No way into the recipe. Even if we set to count the paragraph, it should ignore the count of paragraph of that recipe.
2. We may want to add the ads between the recipe. But in exact position. If possible.

So how to do that? When point 2 isn’t much important but the point one. As its counting the shortcode and the ads looks bad. As we set it for the normal post. Want to ignore the ads between the content generated by the shortcode.
