Noticed that whenever you place an iframe it will automatically get removed, doesn’t matter if an author (with unfiltered_html capability) or admin adds it. Using Gutenberg via the default custom HTML block.
    Any suggestions?

@cosmins Since I haven’t been able to recreate this error, we’ll need more information about your site configuration. Can you experiment with deactivating other plugins to look for a conflict?

Are you seeing the iframe removed from the revision at submission, from the published post at revision publication, or both?

Hey @kevinb, I’ve just done some testing and apparently it’s related to the Classic Editor plugin somehow.

This is the actual setup: Classic Editor with these settings: https://prnt.sc/q0is60 – the default editor is Classic and then I have a post that I switch to ‘Block Editor’ – once I place an <iframe> tag there it will automatically be removed.

This doesn’t happen with the Classic Editor disabled.

@cosmins Can you install the new development version (2.1-rc) and let me know if it corrects the editor behavior with your Classic Editor “allow users to switch editors” use case?

@cosmins That’s great to hear; thanks for following up.

Note the PublishPress Revisions 2.1 release and consider dropping us a review when you have a minute.

@kevinb I’ll sure do that, thanks again!
