I am building a membership site using the infinite theme and memberpress plugin. The memberpress plugin requires the “if menu” plugin. There is some sort of conflict between the goodlayers core plugin and “if menu” which prevents the visibility rules from being available in “if menu”. When I deactivate the goodlayers core the “if menu” visibility rules become available.

Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

    Hi,

Latest version of WordPress, v5.4, made a change related to menu items

New hooks let you add custom fields to menu items

and all themes/plugins need to adapt to it.

If goodlayers core prevents IF Menu from working properly, it means is not updated yet. You can contact the theme developers, direct them to the link above and hopefully they add a fix soon.

We can’t make any changes in this plugin to fix it, and are contacting plugin/theme developers to let them know about the WP update.

    Hope this helps
