This might be some sort of IE style conflict. Try viewing the sample galleries in IE at the URL listed below and let me know if they appear to be 150×150.

The thumbnails are the same size when I view in Chrome, FireFox, and IE.

I am having the same issue:

In Firefox the thumbnail formatting is great for this one gallery. But IE won’t listen to the sizing.
Your sample URL (http://wordpress-photo-gallery.com/) appears just fine on my screen in IE. This was the reason I bought this plugin as I have the premium version.
Any suggestions as to how to make IE listen to the thumbnail sizing?

Try adding values to the ‘Default Thumbnail Width/Height’ Options on the Overview screen.
