    @ta003 – I think what you may be seeing is java related.

    in IE 10..

    – Deactivate all plugins including NextGEN Gallery
    – Temporarily switch to WordPress default Theme like Twenty Ten or Twenty Twelve
    – Clear your browser cache
    – Reactivate NextGEN Gallery
    – Confirm that galleries are displaying
    – Switch back to your Theme you were originally using
    – Confirm that galleries are now displaying
    – Then you can re-activate your other plugins.

    That should work, please let me know.
