    Hello!

    I have the following error:

“Rating-Widget: Star Review System Rating-Widget: Star Review System requires an access to our API. From unknown reason, CloudFlare, the firewall we use, identified this server as a potential threat, and blocks the connection. We are sure it’s a mistake on our side and more than happy to resolve it for you ASAP if you give us a chance.”

When i click in “Yes – I’m giving you a chance to fix it”, nothing happens.

    Can you help me?

    thank you!

    Hi @haidan,

When you clicked the “Yes…” we receive an email with the error message. Then, we try to contact you via email to help you resolve it.

In general, our plugin requires connectivity to our API. There might be two reasons for the connectivity issue:
    1. You have a firewall that blocks the connectivity to our server
    2. Your server’s IP is blacklisted on CloudFlare

Usually it’s #1, unless you are a spammer 🙂 Do you have a firewall set up with your server?
