It is not possible to integrate the plugin with table rate shipping. Not sure what you would like to integrate?
You could use some custom code for that lable, or if it isn’t a rush, I’m currently working on a plugin which allows you to do such a thing 😉
Let me know what you would like to integrate, might be able to help if I know.

I mean can I using your plugin offer Free Shipping by selected periods, before & after X’mas for example? with add “XXXX Free Shipping” or “Free Expedited Shipping” under the product thumbnail (woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item) here. After end of Free Shipping Promotion with back to Table Rate Shipping Method as standard?
2. I mean can I using your plugin offer Free Shipping by selected category, and with add “Free Shipping” under the product thumbnail (woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item) here
3. Combine 1 & 2 with your WAFS shipping conditions possibilities?

1. By default this is not possible, it would require extra custom coding to make a condition for the date…
Also needs custom coding for the message under the product thumbnail..
2. The category condition is meant to check if the products in the cart match the given category, if true, then the full cart will have free shipping, not just the products from the given category.
