Would you be able to share your ICS feed URL so I can test it? You can email it to the address on the plugin’s admin page if you don’t want to post it here. You may also want to try it with the preview tool:
https://icscalendar.com/preview
If it works there but not on your site, it may indicate an issue with your server configuration. If you’re using a caching plugin, that may also be a factor in the calendar not updating.
Hi,
This is the URL: https://www.volleyscores.be/calendar/club/10713
When I use the preview tool, it works! So I’m a little bit confused why it suddenly stopped working on my WordPress..
Can you share the System Report from the ICS Calendar admin page on your site? (Again you can email it if you don’t want to post it here.)
I’m marking this as resolved. For anyone else reading, it was resolved over email and was a configuration issue on the user’s site, not an issue with the plugin.
For those that want to know the details, I was using this shortcode:
[ics_calendar title=false description=false view=week legendstyle=none compact=true url=”https://www.volleyscores.be/calendar/club/10713 | https://www.vks-limburg.be/team161.ics | https://www.vks-limburg.be/team177.ics”]
And apparently, after my first URL I did not put the ‘.ics’ extension, which was needed for it to work. In my defence, it always worked like this, maybe the source I got the URL from did some backend change, I don’t know. But they deliver the URL without the ‘.ics’.
