    Hello,

I have an issue where icons within the filters I have created only display if I am logged in. When I am logged out (i.e. a normal site visitor) they do not display at all.

I have tried deactivating caching plugins and hard refreshed to check, but this has not resolved the issue.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Are you using svg images? Did you try jpeg or png?

Hello, yes i’m using .svg. is it not compatible with this format? works perfectly in admin end, just not front end.

    Hello,

As I know WordPress is still not allowing to upload SVG directly. I suppose you are using some plugin to upload it.

We will check it from our side but right now most likely it will not work.

Hello, I changed my icons to png upon your instructions, but I face the same issue.

Can you please help? Thank you.

Ok I found the root issue. FYI When using with W3 Total Cache plugin, the icons were invisible (but can still be selected)
