It seems you have enabled Font Awesome 4 in Elementor somewhere, and this is affecting this icon.
Please check Elementor -> Settings -> Advacned -> Load Font Awesome 4 Support

Could you check if you can migrate to font awesome 5, as explained here https://elementor.com/help/migration-to-font-awesome-5/ ?
Still, something forces your site to load old font awesome 4 from the Elementor plugin. We just need to figure out what it is.

OK, I know what is going on.
There is a style in Elementor that changes font type for buttons.
And instead of using “font Awesome”, it uses the normal font, that does not have icons 🙂
In my case, it was the global style of Elementor.
Go edit page in the Elementor, go to Site Settings -> Buttons -> Typography -> Family and set it to default.
