    Hi @cshinkin,

    I’ve had a look at your website, but the code doesn’t appear to be installed. Did you uninstall the plugin? Please go through the install process again from the beginning, and let us know if you’re still experiencing any issues.

    Hi thanks for the reply however its not clear with the WordPress plugin how to install the code or indeed if you actually have to? BTW I did not uninstall it.

    Hi @cshinkin,

    If you’re using the WordPress plugin you don’t need to install any code. You first need to go through the setup process (click the “Setup Chat plugin” button on the Chat plugin settings page), and the code will be added to your site automatically 🙂

    Hi yes done that but doesn’t seem to want to apply.
