need support for Pro version

I recently purchase the WHMCS Bridge PRO plugin for WordPress via i-Plugins.com. I need to log into my account to get my license information but cannot login. I tried the reset password link but I’m not getting any emails to assist me with the reset. I’ve tried contacting i-Plugins via their website contact form… haven’t heard back yet and it’s been days. Despite the Twitter account not being for support, I’ve even reached out for assistance there.
I’m starting to get frustrated about not being able to use the product that I’ve paid $30.00 for. I just need help getting into my account… that’s all.
