Theme problems

Hi everyone, I’m new to WordPress and I need your help solving three issues that I’ve run into. My site is [ redundant link removed ] and I am using the twentytwenty theme on WordPress 5.4.2.

There is a huge amount of whitespace at the top of every page that I can’t get rid of. I’ve tried other themes but the whitespace is still there which tells me that either I’ve set an option I shouldn’t have or not set an option I should have. Can anyone help me to get rid of the whitespace or at least reduce it to a lot less than it is now?

Does anyone know of a theme that will let me have a dropdown menu as an entry in another menu? I want to setup the top menu with three static links (home, about & gallery) plus a fourth link which is a dropdown list of posts. Can anyone recommend a suitable theme?

My third problem is, hopefully, embarrassingly easy. I want to change the text-align attribute of the body tag to “justified” in the CSS. I can find the CSS editor and can change the attribute but I can’t see how to save the change. Can anyone help?
