I have customzr pro issue

Hello I’ve no idea how to post this in the forum costumizr pro website and I’ve asked help trough a ticket but the answer was to do what I have already done lol! In any case here is my issue if anyone can help it would be very much appreciated, since I have no idea how to get help from the forum website and I do not want to bother them. Thanks a lot in advance, here the issue!
Now one of the reasons why I bought this theme a part from the fact that it is very good, was the promise of having great results on pagespeed by google, but I’ve noticed that my rating has gone down instead of increasing. I’ve followed step by step this guide here on how to costumize w3 total chace (docs.presscustomizr.com/article/178-how-to-setup-w3-total-cache-plugin-with-the-customizr-theme) but I still get this current messages from page speed. I really don’t understand how to get the pages to chace.. I’ve tried everything, I’m currently using a child theme for customzr pro I’m not sure if that is creating the issue or what!
