I Have an Extra Sidebar

Help! I don’t know how to get rid of my extra sidebar on the left most hand side! Can anyone help?

In my index.php, I have a tag to “get sidebar.” I don’t know how the leftmost one got there and I don’t know where the code is to take it out. Thanks!
