    i don`t have a printer but i want to save as PDF the orders and i configure everything as the description showed but i do not receive any order on my GCP account.

    Let me explain the connection to Google services using the Print Plugin.

    If you setup the Print plugin and don’t connect a Printer to your GCP account, print jobs and PDFs will not show in GCP dashboard.

    The alternative option, you can select under the Printers option “Save to Google Drive”. If you have selected this as the printer location. This will create and save a PDF to Google Drive, not GCP account. The only way for a Print job PDF to show in the GCP account is by having a printer connected to your GCP account.

    I hope that clarifies why the PDF of orders are not showing in GCP. We’d recommend you select the “Save to Google Drive” option and the PDF orders will appear in the connected Google Drive account.
