I changed a theme and old theme gone missing Help

Ive been using a good and a well set theme and i changed to another to check about a new theme, but after that my old theme is missing from my theme folder. Unfortunately i also forget the name of the theme i was using. Is there any way to know the last history or log of my change theme activities?? that will be really helpful.
