I can't upload videos

    Hi, we recently had to rebuild our website. the new designer uploaded most things and then disappeared. my problem now is I cant seem to upload videos onto our website and most things I upload unto the site is not showing. somebody help please.

    Do you get an error message?

    How are you trying to upload things?

    no error message for the videos as i dont even know how to upload them unto the page.

    however the layerslider for instance says something about the plugin but its just a flash so i can’t properly read it.

    Without useful error messages, there’s not much I can suggest.

    s i dont even know how to upload them unto the page

    Just a suggestion: Rather than hosting videos directly on your site (which eats up storage space and bandwidth), have you considered putting the videos on Youtube and then embedding them on your site? That puts the entire burden of dealing with the files in Google’s hands.
