I can't see setting menu

    I control 2 homepage with same theme and ‘simple ajax auth’
    Strangely, one homepage show dashboard’s setting menu well.
    But the other homepage doen’t show setting menu.

    The reason I need setting menu is I need redirect function.

    So, Whether you tell me why it doens’t show setting menu or tell me how to add redirect.
