I can’t recommend enough

The UI of this plugin is amazing. While it’s clean and professional looking, it’s functionality via simplicity is amazing. There is documentation, yet you basically don’t need it.
The amount of elements to the forms / quizzes and polls is outstanding.

For those adding to client sites, it’s a very easy to understand form builder, yet so powerful with features at the same time. A rare mix indeed.
