I can’t navigate between pages

I am integrating an old static html site with WordPress. My problem is that I only seem to be able to visualize the Home page. If I try to go to any other page and I type it (for example, http://localhost/myWeb/services/), it tells me “The requested URL was not found on this server”. But it does exist because from the Administration Panel I can see it is the correct address. If, from the same panel, I change my home page to another, then I can see it.

I am just learning WordPress so probably has a very simple answer but why can’t I go further than my Home page?

For the moment I am only working with Pages, not posts. I am also working in my local computer and have Permalinks activated.
