Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

I was trying your suggestion.. but in both cases nothing happened..
If I try to enter with a wrong password wp says that is wrong but if I try with the right one nothing happen.. even after your suggestion.
I remember that some time ago I received an email from my provider:

It says that on my website there is database 1640578-1 installed on server sql39.modules
and now the status is changed in “SELECT ONLY”and I can SELECT or DELETE without INSERT and UPDATE. This happen because the database dimensions exceed or because sql39.modules doesn’t work in a properly way because of all database allowed.

I tried to call the assistance but they said that don’t give this kind of helps, they says that depends from WP because the database in not f So now I stuck in that situation and I don’t know how to login in my web site.

You need to set up and use FTP via OHV – see this help page:

    http://help.ovh.com/AllAboutFTP

That will let you access your site files on the server – find the plugins folder and rename it here:

    wp-content
       plugins.HOLD

They said that they can’t help me. Btw I think the 2 can be the causes of the block:
-1st my wp theme hasn’t any new updating since 2012.
-2nd my blog was full of thousend spam comment, maybe I should remove them first…

The first definitely, the second maybe. But in any case, you will need to have FTP (or Cpanel) access set up – do you?

I can enter in my ftp…

I can enter in my http://ftp…

You need to ask OHV to help you with that – FTP login info is not part of WP – so they are the only ones who can help you with an FTP problem.

But I have full access to FTP. i was also trying to do your suggestion..

Sorry, I thought that said you couldn’t access FTP – so find your theme folder and rename that theme:

    wp-content
       themes
           elastico.HOLD

    Also rename your plugins folder:

    wp-content
         plugins.HOLD

    web space 1.01Gb
    database mysql 5.1 = 0.348mb on max 200
