I can't import from Blogger

    Hello, I have to import in WP 3.9.1 content (text and images) of a blog that i exported from Blogger of Google. The exported file from bloggers is. xml. Then i go to WP –> Import–> WordPress–> browse and choose the file (which weighs only 1.6Mb), the load and i get this error: An error has occurred.

    This does not seem to be a WXR file, version number WXR missing or incorrect
    Can you help me?

    If you’re importing from Blogger, you need to use the Blogger importer, not the WordPress importer. 🙂

    Go back to Tools -> Import in your blog’s Dashboard and choose “Blogger”.

    I have repeatedly tried to import posts from Blogger using this tool and after authorizing get this message:
    Google no longer supports OAuth 1.0
    You’re being redirected to this article because the application you’re using uses OAuth 1.0, and we only support the newer OAuth 2.0 at this time.
