I can’t edit saved layouts

I can’t edit saved layouts and I can’t create new ones.

Yesterday I created a new layout. Today I wanted to make some edits to it, but when I open it, I just get a white screen. I tried creating a new layout, and the same thing happened. The layout I created yesterday displays fine on the website, but I can’t make any edits to it.
