I can’t disable facebook chat

    Hi,

    I can’t disable facebook chat in my web, I uninstall the plugin althought still appears in my web.

    Anybody can help me please?

    Hi @karlosbcn,

    You can disable and/or remove the plugin via your admin dashboard’s Plugins section.

    If you’ve added the Chat plugin code separately to the plugin, either by adding the code to your site’s files directly, or via another third-party plugin, you will need to disable or remove it from there as well.
