I cannot logged in at all
OK, I get the same error on http://www.jmgraph.uk/wp-login.php or any page on your site.
Did you recently install any security plugins or modify your site to make it more secure? If not, contact your host and report a 403 error when you try to access the site.
I just went through the plugins on the host and added them as shown bwelow
