I can not received test email

    I am using WP SMTP with other smtp. It appears that I have everything configured correctly and when I send a test email, it says “Test HTML email was sent successfully! Please check your inbox to make sure it is delivered.”

    But I don’t receive the test email.

    Hey @delishin,

    It sounds like you’re able to connect to your SMTP server without any issues. That’s why you’re getting the success message in our plugin. If you’re not receiving an email after that, you’ll need to check with your SMTP provider so they can look into this. The message is being successfully passed over to them, but if it’s not landing in your email, they should be able to check to find out what happens to it once it gets to their server.
