    Dear Team,

    Can I connect HyperPay Payment Gateway to your plugin and collect membership fees through it?

    Or only the available plugins?

    Just need to confirm this issue before any purchase.

    Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in our plugin!

    Currently, the User Registration & Membership plugin supports the following payment gateways:

    • PayPal — available in the free version for one-time membership payments
    • Stripe — available in the free version for one-time membership payments
    • Bank Transfer — available in the free version
    • Mollie — available from the Plus plan
    • Authorize.net — available from the Plus plan

    For subscription and recurring billing, this feature is available from the Personal plan onwards.

    Unfortunately, HyperPay is not currently supported as a payment gateway in our plugin and there is no direct integration or addon available for it at this time. We have noted this as a feature request and will share it with our development team for consideration.

    In the meantime, if your audience supports Stripe or PayPal, either of those could serve as a suitable alternative for collecting membership fees.

    And from your experience, @shresthauzwal ,

    For the HyperPay, is there a standard way to connect to be used in your plugin and WooCommerce?

    I mean; HyperPay already have a plugin that’s integrated with WooCommerce. Can I connect it easily? Or no need to bother myself with workarounds?

    Thank you for the follow-up question.

    Unfortunately, the HyperPay WooCommerce plugin cannot be used as a payment gateway for User Registration & Membership. Our plugin has its own independent payment system that is separate from WooCommerce. Even though HyperPay integrates with WooCommerce, that integration only works within the WooCommerce checkout flow — it does not extend to our plugin’s membership payment processing.

    Our WooCommerce addon connects registration form fields with the WooCommerce checkout experience, but it does not allow WooCommerce payment gateways to be used for URM membership payments. The two are completely separate payment systems.

    So in short — there is no workaround to connect HyperPay through WooCommerce to our plugin at this time. URM memberships can only be paid through the gateways we natively support (PayPal, Stripe, Bank Transfer, Mollie, and Authorize.net).

    Thanks a lot for always providing a clear response.

    To make it quick, I’m interested in purchasing the paid version. Will you be able to add the HyperPay within couple of weeks?

    It have a large client base in the GCC, Jordan, Lebanon, & Iraq!
