hyperlink failing

I am having an issue. I am editing hyperlinks (directing them to a new media pdf). When I update and check through various browsers, everything links exactly how it is supposed to. When it is checked on another computer however, or i log out and log back in, the code hasn’t updated and posts to the old link.

What am i doing wrong? Has anyone experienced this?
