I’ve successfully setup Keyy Premium on all my regular (non-https) installations.

I have one https site, https://www.likeandtweet.com. I was able to add the premium plugin and activate it successfully. The issue is with the user login setup / QR code.

After I scan the QR code on my iPhone I see the “Waiting for a response from the server” message. It never completes or times out.

Is there a different workflow for a site using https? What am I missing here?

Same problem here trying to setup on a HTTPS sites. App just reports “waiting for a response from server”. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!

@cocoandvine Is that with the Android or iOS app?

Can you both use the facility on the app menu to send a report to our support, immediately after trying this? Then our developer should get all the info he needs to look into it.

There isn’t a generic problem with https sites – I think all the sites I have connected are https. Hopefully with the extra info we can find what’s up on these particular sites.

Hi Dave: I think I sent that bug report correctly. If you can confirm, that would be ace as I had to reinstall the default Mail app to get it to work. Thanks! -lmb

    Hi David,

Thanks for looking into this. I’m using the IOS app.

I’ll raise a ticket in the app right now…

    Cheers!

    Hi,

These have been received. I understand that our iOS developer is replying via that system.

@cocoandvine I understand that your case will work in the upcoming iOS 1.2.4 app release.

@davidanderson Yes… I’m working with the dev to get that sorted.

Thanks again for the follow up!
