HTTPS Site Not Working

It looks like there is quite a bit of mixed content and those requests are being blocked (including your CSS file hence the broken-looking site).

You’ll need to change all of the urls to be https://

Here is a plugin that may help with some of it:

Something to start off with to try and change the urls for those files would be to change your site’s domain in the WP Dashboard to https://mikegrossmanconsulting.com and see if that helps.
