HTTPS page file not showing in library

I have a secure page that has a payment process in the form and the user also needs to be able to upload video. Everything seems to be working great, and before it was https, I could upload videos fine, since then the video uploader seems to be working, shows 100%, but upon submitting the form nothing is there, the file isn’t in FTP or in the media library at all. I suspect it is because it is sending the file without SSL/HTTPS, is there somewhere I can change that, I dug around in the files but can’t seem to find any setting for that. Thank you!
