HTTPS not enabled on dashboard but not on site.

I have a SSL certificate issued by my hosting provider. I installed the app and enabled Force SSL Admin. The address bar shows https for the dashboard but not for the site. None of the pages or posts are showing https in the address bar. What am I doing wrong?
