HTTPS Mistake

I am developing a website that was set to HTTP. As an experiment, in Settings/General, I changed the 2 url addresses to HTTPS and saved. Now the site won’t load. When I enter the url with HTTP, it automatically switches to HTTPS and won’t load. How can I fix this? Thanks.

if you made the change to URL in the General>Settings area — you can undo the changes in the options table of the database (no dashboard access required).
