    Hello,

when a post or page is delivered with https encription, the Top10 thumbnails are still linked with http, so the browsers do not display a complete secure site.
With https thumbs should also be linked with https.

    Greetings

Thanks for letting me know. I’ll see what I can do to fix this.

Are you noticing this across posts which have the Featured image or those where the first image is extracted?

    Thanks for the reply.
I’m using the featured image (post image) as thumbnail.

I need to dig into this a bit further, I’m not sure how WordPress responds to https featured images.

Do you use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-https/ for forcing https content?

I think the widget should check, if the page, where the top-posts are displayed has the protocoll http or https. Based on the result, the widget should only use secure links on http posts/pages. It is also posssible to use protocoll-neutral linking like src=”//wordpress.org

I don’t use a plugin. It’s just possible to call my sites with http or https.

Sounds good. Let me see what I can do.
