Can the plugin also be Https ready? Chrome is reporting that this is not the case.

The developer is not afaik actively supporting or making changes to WP Pro Quiz. There is a rebuilt version in QuizMaster at https://wordpress.org/plugins/quizmaster/. It is also not https-ready, but it’s possible we could fix that. Feel free to open a ticket there.
