    Hello,

    How do we fix the https:// error on the website?

    When I add https:// to my website url, it gives the below error:

    “Your Connection is not Secure.
    The owner of www.xyz.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.”

    What should be done?

    Did you purchase SSL certificate for your website and is it installed properly? From the error, it seems that you have not purchase SSL certificate for your website or it is not installed properly. You will have to involve your hosting provider.

    It sounds like your TLS certificate is not installed correctly. You can check your site using this page.

    https://www.digicert.com/help/

    Put your URL in that field and let it do it’s thing. If the certificate is installed incorrectly it will tell you where and why.
