    Hello
When I want to generate a pdf I get 500 Internal Server Error / blank page.
I already modified the memory limit to 256MB, but I still have that problem.
In the WooCommerce state it detects the increase in memory, but not in the status of the plugin.
Can you help me? Thank you

Hi! I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues.
We have a sticky post here in the forums that should help you find the error behind the 500 error: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/500-internal-server-error-blank-page/

Which version of PDF invoices are you using? WooCommerce shows only the PHP memory limit, but the PDF invoice plugin checks the WP Memory limit too – it depends on your server configuration which is leading, but both are actually shown in the Status page since 2.0.11.

Let me know what you find!

    Hi,
I had te same problem. If you using w3 total cache, make sure you disable Object Cache under General settings.
    This solves my problem.

Hi @hutamanama thanks for sharing this information with us! We were not aware of any specific W3 Total Cache incompatibilities, but this can be partly setup specific too. Good to know either way! 🙂
