• Desperate for help, please. I’ve been having website issues lately & logged into the dashboard last night to update a few things & the site randomly crashed. I can nt even access the dashboard and I’m beyond frustrated & don’t know what to do. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you in advance!

Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins.

Have you tried to FTP into your files and remove all the plugins to see if that clears it up? A lot of the time, 500 errors are caused by a faulty plugin, or an update to one.

Contact your host for help using FTP to access your hosting account or accessing the file system through their control panel.
