HTML/Visual editor MUCH different from published

Hi,
I’m working on editing the menu for a restaurant’s website via wordpress (www.the-patty-shack.com). I’ve successfully set up my Menu page and Burgers, but when I tried editing Sandwiches to look the same my html somehow stops working!Here is a screenshot of my html editor:
