HTML Tags showing on-screen

There are HTML tags (specifically <p></p> tags) showing up in both the text box and the button text of the Feedburner form on screen. Does anyone have any insight as to what might be causing this. I tried deleting and re-installing the plugin, unchecking options like “Display Credits” and “Display Counter” but no luck. Same issue doesn’t seem to be happening in earlier versions of WP.
