HTML Tags and Attribute???

Hi. I just got a good theme I’m using. The problem is that their is this code below the “Comment” section on the bottom of my page. I don’t know how to get rid of it. I tried to look through the CSS coding. Maybe I missed it. Any way I can delete this?
