HTML Table / Data Table widget
-
I’ve been using Elementor for quite some time, and overall, it’s an excellent page builder that makes WordPress site design much more flexible and user-friendly. The drag-and-drop interface, wide range of widgets, and customization options really set it apart from other builders.
However, I noticed that Elementor does not include a native HTML Table / Data Table widget. Tables are still one of the most common and practical ways to present structured information—such as product comparisons, pricing breakdowns, schedules, reports, and more. Currently, users either need to rely on third-party add-ons or manually code tables using HTML inside a text editor widget, which is not very efficient or designer-friendly.
It would be very valuable if Elementor developed a dedicated Table / Data Table widget that includes:
- Easy table creation (rows/columns management in the editor)
- Responsive design options (stacking, scrolling, collapsing)
- Styling controls (borders, background colors, typography, hover effects, striping)
- Sorting, searching, and pagination for larger datasets
- Option to import/export table data (CSV/Excel)
Adding this feature would save time, reduce dependency on third-party plugins, and allow designers to build well-styled, responsive, and functional tables directly within Elementor.
Can you share if there are any plans to develop an official Table / Data Table widget in future releases?
Thank you for building such a powerful tool—I look forward to seeing Elementor continue to evolve.

Hi tusesudec,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review and for laying out your feature suggestions so clearly. We’re really glad to hear you appreciate the flexibility, widgets, and customization options that Elementor offers.
Your request for a dedicated Table / Data Table widget complete with things like responsive behavior, sorting/searching/pagination, styling controls, and import/export makes a lot of sense, and we can see how much value it would add.
I’ll be passing along your feedback in full to our development team for consideration. While I can’t promise a specific timeline, knowing what users want helps shape future updates, and this is the kind of suggestion we take seriously.
Thanks again for your support and for helping us make Elementor better!
