HTML Sitemap Not Working

    Hi, the HTML Sitemap is not working on my site:

    1. I have created a Page.
    2. Added shortcode: [rank_math_html_sitemap]
    3. Went to Settings -> Permalinks – Save changes (To Update)
    4. HTML Sitemap page BLANK.

    Site is using CloudFlare, so I have deleted Cache and enabled developed also.

    The URL of the sitemap is: https://tuautoprotegido.com/mapa-del-sitio/

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hello @karlasmithh,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

    The [rank_math_html_sitemap] shortcode only works when the HTML sitemap is enabled and its Display Format is set to Shortcode. Please check these settings:

    1. Go to Rank Math SEO > Sitemap Settings > HTML Sitemap. Make sure “HTML Sitemap” is turned on and “Display Format” is set to “Shortcode”. If you choose “Page” instead, select the page there and remove the shortcode from it.
    2. In Sitemap Settings, open the tabs for your post types and taxonomies and make sure “Include in HTML Sitemap” is turned on for the ones you want to list. If none are included, the sitemap can come out empty.
    3. After saving, clear your Cloudflare and site cache once more and reload the page.
