    Hello,

i have a problem with the registration confirmation email in mailpoet 3.
Ive created a html that works fine in all my browsers. But if i use the code for the registration confirmation email its messy. nothing is on the place where it should be. to create the html i used a special wysiwyg html-email tool called “BEE”.
Is there any special thing i have to know to use html for the registration confirmation email?

  • Hi there @kitecycle,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Do you mean that you created a subscription confirmation email?

Can you please let me know how you added it to MailPoet after creating in another HTML editor?

    Hi @kitecycle,

Please note we do not recommend adding HTML to the sign-up confirmation email as it’s the first email your website will send to your subscribers and we need to avoid anything that could affect its deliverability.

However, we do share a custom design sample here: https://www.mailpoet.com/blog/improve-your-signup-confirmation-email/

As you’re using a third-party tool to create the HTML, we can’t guarantee it’s going to be properly rendered by all email clients, and we can’t support it as well.

Sorry about that. Our suggestion is to keep this email as simple as possible to ensure it will be delivered and rendered as expected.
