Very new at word press.

I am trying to create a “Blog” page where people can discuss different topics and have two problems. The page is http://firestormministry.com/firestorm-blog
1) When I published this page it has this “You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b>
<cite>
<del datetime=""> <i> <q cite=""> <strike> " at the bottom of the page. How do I get that off?2) When I made a comment to test it, it is not showing up on the page. How do I make it where all comments are visible to all on this page only and not the entire site?
