HTML formating lost in text tab for non default users

I am trying to create one blog site using WordPress package which is through plesk. When i am writing posts i use html tags, and i am writing in the text tab of the editor. I am not able to maintain the all the html tags after i hit save to draft or publish button in the user other than that which was created during wordpress installation.

I need to html tags in the posts please help me.
