HTML Disable in catagory view

Hello

When I view the posts on my blog in catagory wise I can just see them as plain text even though there is lot of HTML I posted in the post.

Example :
Catagory Wise view : http://thepromodays.com/category/pay-per-signup/
Actual Post : http://thepromodays.com/100-pps-or-revshare75-on-all-sites-from-deecash-network/
